bullseye
First of all, why is that so-called? I hope that early forms of the game did not involve jousting a bovine face.
Today on Bullseye a very happy couple wisely chose not to gamble their secured prizes (much to the disappointment of the audience) of £380, a knitting machine, an electronic typewriter and six glasses with sparkling wine (note NOT champagne) for a hot air balloon ride. (I know these rides are quite expensive, but I doubt that the star prize would have cost £380 back then.) That meant that they could give another pair of contestants the chance to gamble. Sadly they lost their £280 and the balloon ride. It's a cruel world. I very much enjoyed the program.
